ABOUT US!

THE HERB WORKS OIL AND VINEGAR is a Richmond-based specialty food business which has been very visible in the wine festival and bazaar scene for over 35 years. We have evolved over the years into a purveyor of fine products selling a variety of flavors of extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars as well as mustards, jams, marinades and cooking sauces.

We have partnered with several California olive/fruit-growing companies --- plus a few others in the U.S. --- who have won awards in state and national competitions. Our oils and vinegars are from the sunny state of California where the soil is rich and the climate is conducive to growing supreme olives, fruits and herbs, undergoing a cold pressed technique to produce a pure, aromatic product. Sciabica Olive Oils is run by a 3rd-generation Italian family who produce small batches of exquisite olive oil. Sutter Buttes is our source for balsamic vinegars, producing a reduced dark balsamic as well as white balsamic, all in a variety of flavors. The first taste that one enjoys is a taste of freshness and clarity.
